[4/22/24] Getting Eyeballs

Join Amber from Agile & CO in this 'Getting Eyeballs' webinar as she discusses 10 power marketing moves for an immediate impact. You can do these 10 marketing activities in 10 minutes!

Webinar Summary: The webinar covered how residential contractors should respond to demand letters from homeowners, including creating a timeline of events, gathering evidence, and making a reasonable settlement offer. It emphasized the importance of managing homeowner expectations from the start through clear communication, detailed contracts, and trusting your instincts if you anticipate issues. The speaker recommended arbitration over litigation due to lower costs over time and the use of construction experts as decision makers.

Key takeaways:

  • Don’t ignore demand letters – respond promptly with a timeline and evidence. Make a reasonable settlement offer higher than you’re comfortable with to avoid lengthy litigation.
  • Manage homeowner expectations upfront through clear communication about the process, detailed contracts, and trusting your instincts about potential issues.
  • Arbitration is usually better than litigation for contractors due to lower costs over time and the use of construction experts as decision makers.

WEBVTT

1
00:00:00.070 –> 00:00:23.109
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So, guys, I’m really excited to be here. This is my first battlegrounds. Webinar call. I’m sure you guys are probably a little bit more familiar with my business partner, Chance. He normally leads a lot of these, but I know he has a presentation on Thursday, so we figured we wanna bring some new faces, new perspectives to the group. So I just wanna make sure I give you guys some of my marketing insights today. Now, I highly recommend you attend chance presentation.

2
00:00:23.110 –> 00:00:32.137
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: If the snippets from his office I hear any indication you guys are really in for a treat on Thursday. He’s gonna be going over more things with Google business profile optimization.

3
00:00:32.420 –> 00:00:38.030
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: But today, I really wanna focus on how are marketing moves that are gonna make an immediate impact.

4
00:00:38.030 –> 00:01:05.260
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So when I think of contractors that I work with, or just business owners in general. I know time is of the essence right? There are so many tasks and priorities, and demanding your attention day to day. So this is really what I tried to do in compiling a list of 10 things that can be accomplished in 10 min or less to help your business on the marketing side of things. I’m gonna give you my insight into. Why, I think these things are important, and how you guys can make them as impactful as possible. Alright.

5
00:01:06.000 –> 00:01:29.540
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So first things first, this one may seem like a little bit of a basic. But I want you guys to be asking for reviews when it comes to dominating these. I want you to think of quality and quantity. Alright. So if you can imagine I’m a customer going on Google searching for a business right? If I see someone that has 5 reviews. But those reviews speak volumes about your business versus 20 that are just 5 star reviews.

6
00:01:29.590 –> 00:01:52.849
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: That quality of the review is, gonna stand out and make me choose your business instead of a competitor, you’ve got the same thing on the quality side, right? So if you have a hundred reviews and all your competitors have 20 automatically, when someone looks at that map pack to just get an idea of who’s out there for the service that they’re looking for. The quantity is going to show that you guys beat your competitors as well. Right?

7
00:01:52.850 –> 00:02:19.809
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So I kinda think with this, obviously, it’s a trust factor. We wanna know that we can trust your business before I’m reaching out to you guys. And this is gonna help a lot of other marketing activities. Y’all do right? So whether it comes to Google search ads, local services ads, even on the SEO side of things. They’re looking at your reviews to determine what kind of a business you guys are right in something like local services. Ads. All you may get is just the times you’re open in the number of reviews that you have.

8
00:02:19.810 –> 00:02:24.470
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So that’s why reviews can be so critical to kind of support all of your marketing efforts.

9
00:02:24.860 –> 00:02:49.490
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Obviously, I want you guys to crush your competition, no matter where you are or what kind of you know service you guys provide. And also, I want to show Google that you guys are authoritative. Right? So with your business, you gotta keep in mind. Google is looking for recency of reviews. It wants to know, are you guys responding to those? And of course, the quantity and quality of those is going to matter to Google at the end of the day, when it’s kind of deciding where to place you guys against your competitors.

10
00:02:49.600 –> 00:03:15.459
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Now, in terms of asking for reviews. How would I do it? Alright. So I would make sure you personalize your reach out. So to me it’s a little bit different. Obviously, if you guys are really strapped for time, there’s a lot of automated systems that can help you with this. But to me I always think the best reviews can come from people who, you know, you’re actually making that connection with. You’re remembering things about the project or whatever you did for them, and can kind of personally ask for

11
00:03:15.770 –> 00:03:37.029
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: favor right to me. I think it also gives you an opportunity to check in on the project, or check in to see how your team is done. If you have a team that’s working for you, right? So to me, I always kind of think with those 2 items that should give you a really good pulse check to just see what? What’s the next step? Right? Do I ask for review, or is there something that the customer was unhappy. With, that I can try and fix right.

12
00:03:37.599 –> 00:04:01.820
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So if that was, you know, some good feedback that they’re giving you just going. Yes, I love everything. It sounded great. This is the time you gotta ask right appeal to their emotions in that. Ask for a review. So to me, you know it would be something like, you know, I I would really appreciate if you could help this small business owner. You know, I wanna get my business in front of more people, and it takes people like you to help me do that right. So appeal a little bit to their emotions, you know even just

13
00:04:02.230 –> 00:04:10.465
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: like helping employee members of the community, right? Like even talking about some stats and things on that side can just help someone be a little bit more.

14
00:04:10.870 –> 00:04:30.199
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: you know, agreeable to leaving you guys to review right? I sometimes even will create a little bit of competition within the team to try and get some of this done. So, for example, if you guys have people team leads who are out doing projects, you know, even a sales component of your team. You guys can add that competition and go, hey, guys? You know, whoever gets the most

15
00:04:30.200 –> 00:04:52.030
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: reviews this month and get a little prize or something like that, so that may make a customer more likely to help them, because it’s like, if I worked with Amy on my job. And Amy was just the most wonderful person, you know. It’s like, if Amy asked me, hey, Amber, can you do me a favor for running this competition? And I get a prize. If I get the most reviews, I’m going hell. Yeah, I’m gonna help Amy. She helped me so much. Let me go write this review for her.

16
00:04:52.030 –> 00:05:00.310
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So I think that that competition, especially if that kind of personalized reach out for you, you may not have the time for it. That competition can also help get people involved.

17
00:05:00.740 –> 00:05:19.500
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Once you ask, you really have to make it as easy as possible for someone to go. Do exactly what you’re asking them to. So whether you’re emailing that link texting them that link. Maybe it’s something on a QR code. You guys are leaving when the project is finished. You know you want to make it as easy as possible for someone to go. Believe you. That review

18
00:05:19.500 –> 00:05:42.970
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: in terms of places I normally think Google is the most important spot for you to get reviews. But here’s what I would do. If you search your business, you’ll likely see what pops up in terms of your rankings. And then you kinda wanna identify if any of those places has the little review snippet right? You guys can see just those stars on the left there that are sort of keeping track of how many reviews you guys have and what the quality is around that

19
00:05:42.970 –> 00:06:01.970
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: right? So if you guys are showing up on yelp yellow pages, Facebook and those reviews are showing. It might be good until a certain level to kind of spread your reviews out and go. Hey! Would you leave me a review on Facebook, hey? Would you leave me a review on yelp? And then, once you have most of those in a steady spot. And you can sort of pound all of those into your Google business profile.

20
00:06:02.740 –> 00:06:27.590
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: especially on Google. I wanna make sure you guys respond personally as well. Right? So to me, especially if I’m a customer, or if I’m looking at your reviews, I may look at some things that like I don’t want to see something that just says. Thank you very much. Right? So if I left a review like, let’s say, Nikki, help me with a landscaping job right if I, you know, left a review for her, and she just goes. Thank you very much. That’s not a special to me. But if Nikki’s like amber. We love working on your project.

21
00:06:27.590 –> 00:06:35.069
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: You guys enjoy it as much as the team did. You know we love getting to spend time with your border collie, and he was a great manager on the project right

22
00:06:35.070 –> 00:06:51.510
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: to me. That’s just a little bit special, because, you know, you know, my dog was running around. He’s important to me. You’re mentioning that in the review and then just giving them a little bit of context around what? Exactly. I’m leaving the review about okay. So that responding personally is gonna be important. And I know Terry kind of said in chat, right?

23
00:06:52.060 –> 00:07:17.621
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Elite told you, hey? He doesn’t want to look at companies with a lot of reviews. A lot of reviews have paid for them right, and I know, Terry said he had to reassure this person that the reviews are genuine. So to me, that’s kind of where the quality of those reviews can say so much. And you, responding personally, can kind of take that question out of some of that right cause. It’s like, if you’re responding very specifically, even getting to the point where people are adding photos or something like that to your reviews. Some of that kind of

24
00:07:18.320 –> 00:07:28.550
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: questioning about those can come down right? So that’s why review so critical something you can just pick up the phone in a couple of minutes and source one of those good ones. Alright.

25
00:07:29.350 –> 00:07:57.040
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So next, I want to chat about updating that Google business profile. So like, I said, not just foil too much. Chance is gonna go over a lot of this on Thursday. So really encourage you guys to attend that call and take some notes. But to me that Google business profile is so important because especially if you are physically located near someone searching for your services. It’s likely gonna be one of the first things to pop up right? So the way Google looks at some of this is, it wants to know that your information is correct.

26
00:07:57.040 –> 00:08:23.759
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: It wants to know that you’re engaging with the features it offers you. So if you don’t have notifications on for your Google business profile. I know they have an app as well. That can be easy to use. That’s gonna be very important because you guys need to be uploading new projects, maybe before and after photos. Even photos of like your physical office can be helpful sometimes and just keeping your information correct just notifies Google, that one you’re paying attention.

27
00:08:23.760 –> 00:08:40.659
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: and 2, if you’re taking off a service or adding a service, maybe you’re updating your holiday hours. Your profile may get prioritized compared to someone else who doesn’t. Right? So like, if we’re comparing apples to apples, keeping your information accurate is gonna help you guys appear just a little bit higher. Alright.

28
00:08:41.250 –> 00:09:04.790
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And then, obviously, I want you guys to provide as much value to your prospects as you can. So I know Google, my business, and Google business profiles kind of the same thing in name. You can post to them almost like you do any other social media. Alright, maybe not as frequently, but any promotions or news, or new projects, maybe new blog articles, or something like that that you’re writing. You can post. All of those will there appear on your profile.

29
00:09:05.070 –> 00:09:16.420
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So how are you guys gonna go about this like I said, just make sure you update your hours for a holiday that can take, you know, no more than 5 s just to go, hey? We’re closed, or Hey, we’re open. Google likes to see it.

30
00:09:16.430 –> 00:09:40.890
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would even encourage you guys to ask questions on your Google business profile and answer them yourself. So whether it’s with a personal account, or maybe one of your coworkers can help you out. Ask some questions. What I always try and do is I try and get about 10 on there that I’m hearing in sales calls right. So if someone’s picking up the phone and they go, how long is it gonna take you to do this project? You know. How far out do you schedule. How much is this gonna cost? You know? Can I do? Xyz?

31
00:09:40.890 –> 00:09:56.830
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would ask all those questions and try and answer those ahead of time? Because if someone’s looking at that Google business profile, it can be better for you to get in front of some of those questions, and instead of having them ask me that on the phone, right? You’re kind of doing a little bit of selling before they would even reach out to you

32
00:09:57.420 –> 00:10:15.240
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: like we said, make sure you’re posting on that, just like Facebook or any other social media profile. And in fact, you can actually now connect your social profiles with Google business, right? So you have links right under there, where, if you’re posting a lot on Instagram, Facebook anywhere else, those connect here as well.

33
00:10:15.260 –> 00:10:43.809
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would also recommend turning on your messages in my perspective, I want to lead to be able to get you guys in whatever way fits them best. Right? So you guys know, phone calls are awesome. You got that hot lead right there. Someone may not want to call or may not be in a position to call right if you get those messages on that gives them another option to go ahead and contact you guys. Now, of course, you may have to follow that up with a call or something like that to get more information, but just giving them options on how they start. That process can be very interesting.

34
00:10:44.080 –> 00:11:04.949
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: If you’re gonna post photos, I would also encourage you to post photos of your physical office if you guys have one right? So any like interior office shots outside of the office. Any staff even if it’s more so, a location that they can’t visit. But you guys have some signage or equipment or something like that that can be good for people to see. Just a little bit of validity to your business right

35
00:11:05.190 –> 00:11:34.409
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: now. I know Ben Post in chat as well. Can you post too often to the updates? What I would say, Ben, is not necessarily. My recommendation is maybe 3 to 4 posts a week on that front. And what Google does is they offer you different kind of post types. Right? So you’ve got things like the promotions. Where, hey? If you guys are running a deal for a month, or you know something special. Yeah, put that promotion up there. But you may want to be careful what else you’re putting up there, so you don’t push it forward so normally. Most times when someone’s looking at your profile.

36
00:11:34.410 –> 00:11:53.620
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: you’ll have kind of at least 2 to 4 on the bottom that are showing automatically, just depending on what Google wants to show that individual person. So that’s my only kind of feedback. There is. No, I don’t necessarily think you can post too often. But you wanna make sure whatever you’re posting is valuable, right? So if you guys have special content or new projects, or something like that.

37
00:11:53.620 –> 00:12:11.300
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: That is obviously important and kind of mix up some of those post types as well. So I know some of them can be news for updates. You don’t want to continue to post news, news, news, news, news, news news. Right? Google wants a little bit of variety in there. So yeah, can’t post too often. But those are sort of my feedback in terms of how I would structure it ideally.

38
00:12:12.280 –> 00:12:15.880
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So like, I said more to come from chance on that front on Thursday

39
00:12:16.410 –> 00:12:42.099
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: next. I want to chat with you guys about scheduling emails. Now, big reason why this is in my 10 and 10 is just because scheduling them ahead of time can save you guys time when you’re a little bit busy. Later, right? So to me, I wanna ensure you have touch points, whether they’re with current customers or you know, potential customers, or even people who were interested but may not have sort of followed up for more information. Basically, they went cold. Right

40
00:12:42.300 –> 00:12:55.229
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: to me. The reason why this is also so important is, once you have someone’s contact information, you can really reach them for free right? And especially when it comes to marketing emails. That’s where I want you guys to think, how can I make the most impact

41
00:12:55.230 –> 00:13:18.610
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: in the shortest amount of time. Right? So we can schedule those emails out for a ton of different uses. So could perhaps be a seasonality thing. So, for example, I was chatting with one of my landscaping. They do landscaping, hardscaping all that sort of stuff. Earlier this week, where we actually scheduled emails ahead of time because of the seasonality. More in like February to go. Hey? If you guys wanna get ahead of the rush, you gotta book a job with us. Now.

42
00:13:18.610 –> 00:13:41.289
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: you know, when you get to us in the heat of the season, it’s gonna take us a lot more time to get to you. If you want this project done before summer, you gotta get in at this very moment. We scheduled that email last year, but we make sure it’s set at the right time, or at least having it in the wings. So when things start to warm up and people go, I want to spend more time in my backyard. That email can hit right at that moment, and we already had it in the wings to send.

43
00:13:41.870 –> 00:13:55.340
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would say you could also delight a previous customer. So if you guys do have more education, or, you know, even doing client features, things like that that can sort of make a previous customer feel special want to come back to you guys, give you more referrals.

44
00:13:55.340 –> 00:14:13.690
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: or, I would say, can even be used for upsells. Right. So if you guys are offering maintenance or some sort of seasonal or repeatable work, that’s a great way to do it. Where, if you schedule emails to go out. You can even schedule like up to a year in advance. I do have some contractors who will do that where it’s like, if you kinda know these things are gonna heat up in the spring. These things are gonna heat up in the fall.

45
00:14:13.690 –> 00:14:23.010
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: We can schedule out emails or set up automation for that time of year, so that when things get a little bit busier it sort of keeps you from forgetting, because those things are already done

46
00:14:23.090 –> 00:14:50.579
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: so to me, especially if you have an email marketing tool. I know there are a ton out there from like Mailchimp active campaign. So automation is your friend. In this case, we wanna make sure that, you know, if these emails need to go out in a sequence. Or you know, if those emails should go out to particular segments right? If something fits more for previous customers, something fits more for leads that go cold. We could automate that and kind of segment, those guys out until they take a specific action.

47
00:14:50.690 –> 00:14:57.470
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Of course, you can always schedule out those one off emails where it’s just like, Hey, I want to send this email once to this group of people.

48
00:14:57.760 –> 00:15:25.540
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I also use email automation to follow up on cold leads. So you don’t have to waste your time doing more of that manually right? I’m sure, in a lot of the sales training, right? It’s like you wanna follow up on the hottest leads. So to me there could be some some value in someone that has maybe gone cold, but isn’t as excited. So instead of having you or your sales team consistently follow up with that person. I almost prefer to sort of add them to an email automation where once they take that action and show me that they’re interested.

49
00:15:25.540 –> 00:15:29.699
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I’m ready to get back involved. But I’m not wasting my time up until that point.

50
00:15:30.080 –> 00:15:42.370
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And then, like, I said, I think, checking in, based on seasonality, or just when you know your business goes hot and cold. Those emails can be a huge revenue driver just because you can send them and start to see some revenue come in alright.

51
00:15:43.870 –> 00:16:05.170
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So next I know we talked about this a little bit when it comes to Google business profiles. But getting project photos is so important, especially if your business is a more visual one. Alright. So I wanna make sure you guys show off your work. This can even give prospects some inspiration for, hey? If I’m doing a remodeling job, what else have you guys done, you know? Can I bring in a photo of a kitchen. You did, and say, I just want something

52
00:16:05.170 –> 00:16:16.320
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: perfectly like this, right? So I feel like especially creating that portfolio for yourselves, and give clients, a little bit of inspiration. Give them a little bit of variance in terms of all the different things you guys do.

53
00:16:16.380 –> 00:16:33.329
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: and that can serve as great creative. So if you’re posting on Google business profiles, if you’re posting on Facebook or anywhere else on social, that can be great where you have this folder to pull from whenever the need arises. Right? So I really don’t think there can be such thing as too many project photos.

54
00:16:33.330 –> 00:16:48.940
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: and it can serve your ads. Very well. So whether you guys are running ads yourself or you’re contracting with an agency to do so, you can add photos to your local services ads, you can add photos to your Google ads. You could add them to any social media ads. But to me it’s never a bad thing to have more of them.

55
00:16:49.220 –> 00:17:01.150
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Some of the best performing content, I see, is like when you can hook them up in carousels. So, for example, if you have a carousel of a lot of your work on Facebook that can be critical to making sure the top performing projects appear first.

56
00:17:01.330 –> 00:17:17.979
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: What I’ll also tell you is with those project photos. I’m gonna encourage you guys to take those photos and videos on your phone and reason being is that that local Geo tag evidence. So whenever you snap a photo, there’s a little hint to whoever’s processing it that says, Hey, this is exactly the location. The photo was taken

57
00:17:18.540 –> 00:17:46.440
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: so that in itself can help your SEO, whether you’re uploading them to a gallery or even to a map. So that’s one thing on the SEO side. I’ve seen a lot more popular recently is all of these Geo tag photos. You can hook them up in a map, even by zip code. So you’re not kind of giving away personal information to go, hey, from this neighborhood, or something like that. But even just in showing the different spots in town where you guys have done work that can help your SEO as well. So kind of pairing that with some of those more local photos

58
00:17:46.830 –> 00:18:02.350
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: now before and after photos are likely going to be huge, especially like, I said, if your business is a more visual one. To me. If you don’t have a vault of these already. You could always ask clients to send in photos, especially if that’s something that hasn’t been a priority up until now.

59
00:18:02.360 –> 00:18:04.126
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would also say, too,

60
00:18:04.690 –> 00:18:27.900
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: you could always have project leads. Take progress shots along the way. Set those up in almost like a video where you can show the progress throughout. I also think that kind of shows a little bit to your process, and even like how clean it can be throughout right? Even going through some of the client communication and the caption, or something like that. So to me, I would sort of have this worked into whoever’s gonna be out on that job site. Right?

61
00:18:27.900 –> 00:18:39.160
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Just make it a part of your routine snap that before photo snap that after photo, like I said, whatever phone you have is going to be perfect to do all of this with. But even just doing a couple of those small things real quick.

62
00:18:39.160 –> 00:18:52.639
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: get them into your routine. So it’s almost second nature can really help you guys when there’s a need for some of this content, like I said, can feed so many other pieces of your marketing funnel from emails to Google, my business profiles really a lot that we’re talking about today.

63
00:18:54.930 –> 00:19:03.729
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So next, I want to chat about getting listed on directories. Now, the reason why this is so important is, I want to drive more links back to your website.

64
00:19:03.930 –> 00:19:29.370
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Reason being is that all of those I call them back links in a more technical way. But essentially, what I’m trying to do is I’m trying to show Google that your website is an authority. Okay, so if we have 30 different websites across the web that link back to yours. Google’s going. I love that. You have all these websites that are pointing me back. I’ll just go with Connie to bally remodeling right? So if they’re all pointing back to Valley remodeling, and then your competitor has 10 pointing back to them.

65
00:19:29.420 –> 00:19:36.760
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: well, Google is going, hey? I know who I prefer. If all these people link back to Connie’s site. That means I think it’s valuable, right?

66
00:19:36.760 –> 00:20:00.679
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So that’s kind of where, especially if your competitors have more backlinks than you listing on directories is a great way to do it. Gonna increase your online visibility help you guys get discovered more easily. You also want to make sure, like your Google business profile, the correct information is on there. Google wants to see your name, address, phone number are the same across all these different listings online. And the best part is, many of these are free.

67
00:20:01.210 –> 00:20:07.400
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So there are some paid tools to help you guys get more of those I’m specifically talking about yxt and bright local.

68
00:20:07.430 –> 00:20:27.450
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: But I wanna make sure you guys find either local directories or niche directories. Okay? So a directory that lists every website across the Internet is not where you want to be. Okay. So I’m sitting here in St. Louis. I would want to find something that specifically talks about St. Louis local businesses and try to get mine listed there.

69
00:20:27.450 –> 00:20:41.710
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: or if it’s something where you know it’s talking more explicitly about. You know Hvac companies in your area. I wanna make sure that you guys are listed with those new sites. Now Kira asked a great question as well when she says, Can you use a ups box address for these directories?

70
00:20:41.710 –> 00:20:54.460
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So in some it could be an option, Kira. Normally, Mo, what we want most times is you want it to match your Google business profile. Now with your Google business profile, they kind of have 2 different ways. You can set this up.

71
00:20:54.460 –> 00:21:23.020
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: One is more of a service area business. So that could be something where, like, let’s say, you’re operating out of your house right? Obviously, we don’t want that address all over the place on Google, so you could verify that your house is the physical location. You’ve got all your business stuff to manage it there, and then set it up as more as a service area. So that’s kind of where your address itself is hidden. A Google knows that it’s verified. You have a business you’re operating out of a place. But it won’t allow you to use a ups box. In that case, right?

72
00:21:23.020 –> 00:21:45.880
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So I know on other directories. They may allow that I just think it’ll depend on that specific directory that you’re looking to get into right? Google’s very specific. They want a physical location. And of course, that’s the second way you can set up that page. Hey, we’re a location anyone can come visit. So, Kare, I’m definitely excited to see you guys or service area business. It makes perfect sense. It probably just comes down to the specific directory you find and how you want that

73
00:21:45.880 –> 00:21:56.609
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: for yours. It’s a little bit different, just because you won’t have that physical address to kind of confirm across multiple different placements. Right? So yeah, I would just look into whatever that specific directory requires of you.

74
00:21:56.630 –> 00:22:13.820
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Now, when we’re talking directories, of course, you guys know a lot of the obvious ones we’re talking. You know, Google, my business. We’re talking yelp yellow pages. But I would say, if you’re struggling to find those is. See where your competitors are listed like. If I was Terry with nice level painting I would hop in and just look up painting companies near me

75
00:22:13.820 –> 00:22:30.010
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: have a look at some of my top competitors, and just go to page 2 or page 3 of Google and see all the different places that they are listed one. It can give you a good idea of other websites that might link back to you, and then 2. It can also give you an idea of which directories are they on?

76
00:22:30.010 –> 00:22:45.399
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: The reason why I suggest that is because it’s likely if they’re listed, you guys can get listed alright. So essentially. What I want you to do is take all the work competitors have done in this place. Do the same thing for you guys, because if you do that across a couple of different competitors, you can end up being them all. In this case.

77
00:22:47.540 –> 00:23:10.279
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: of course, we want you guys to post on socials as well. So especially in something you can do for 10 min, especially if you are setting yourself up well with kind of creating this creative folder of all your project. Photos posting on socials can be a great way to exemplify your marketing. Right? So we want the brand awareness. We want you guys to create a community getting customers or potential customers to comment, engage with things.

78
00:23:10.280 –> 00:23:20.489
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: That’s why I think it’s so important to show more of those project photos, or even to capture more customer stories. That storytelling aspect can be huge to finding the engagement right?

79
00:23:20.840 –> 00:23:28.800
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I want you guys to provide value as well. So, especially if you guys are working on whether it’s video content, blog, content, anything that’s educational.

80
00:23:28.870 –> 00:23:44.239
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: That’s a great thing to post on social media, especially in a video format. A lot of social media platforms are prioritizing video right now. So that could be a great thing for you guys to put up and test it right? Just see what kind of videos are getting you guys the most engagement and follow that data.

81
00:23:44.240 –> 00:23:59.809
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: It set you guys up to be more of an industry expert and can create some brand loyalty. Right? So if I’m just seeing all the posts from Valley remodeling, you know I’m I know that when it comes time for me to look for a remodeler. That’s probably the first one I’m gonna check out just because I have that trust. I have that familiarity.

82
00:23:59.990 –> 00:24:18.289
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Now, of course, social media can be a big undertaking. So here’s what I want you guys to keep in mind. You might want to create a posting routine, so this could be as easy as let’s say you post content a month at a time. Let’s say you post it a week at a time. You could even post a year at a time if you have enough content to do so right, maybe start on the smaller side.

83
00:24:18.310 –> 00:24:46.220
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: and to me, you might be able to delegate it. So with some of my contractors, they’ll have it where, you know, everyone sends one person photos, and one person will do more of the social media posting. I’ve also seen it where you can utilize some of these scheduling tools who, Tweet is one of my favorites. They even have a free plan where you can share that access with a couple of different people on your team, right? So I’ve seen it where you know, maybe 5 people have access to social media where anytime the opportunity arises. Each of them are posting.

84
00:24:46.220 –> 00:24:58.730
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So again, it’s like, if you yourself may not have the time, but you can spread out that work between a team that can help make you a little bit more successful, because it kind of takes all of that work and flattens it out a little bit more alright.

85
00:24:59.100 –> 00:25:10.090
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: You can also utilize AI when it comes to a lot of this. So Chat Gpt does have a free program that you can sign up for. So if you guys are having trouble coming up with

86
00:25:10.220 –> 00:25:14.850
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: ideas for content, or if you’re having trouble working on captions.

87
00:25:14.890 –> 00:25:41.390
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: throw in and chat, gpt, and see what you get out of it. Even if the thing that chat Gpt creates for you isn’t perfection. That’s okay. It gives you something to start from and adjust it, and you may find that it’s faster to get a caption from Chat gpt, and adjust it rather than writing it all yourself. So, in my opinion, AI is your friend, but you want to confirm, especially in your industries that what it’s saying is correct, right? So can just be a good jumping off point to give you guys some ideas and get you started.

88
00:25:43.500 –> 00:26:06.740
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Now, while this may not be considered marketing, I think it certainly helps with some of this. And that’s following up. So to me, I wanna make sure that you guys are top of mind whenever a project arises that you guys can fill right? This is not only to impress customers, but to maintain those relationships. You can even check in about new projects someone might be interested in, or perhaps, if they have any referrals, things like that.

89
00:26:06.740 –> 00:26:19.889
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So to me, especially in something you can do in 10 min, maybe as quick as like a 5 min phone call with 2 people. Right? I would personally call previous customers. You may be able to automate emails, perhaps reach out on social media if you have that.

90
00:26:19.890 –> 00:26:23.029
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: But to me, what I would want to do is you want to impress them.

91
00:26:23.030 –> 00:26:34.150
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I think the best way to do that, especially if your business is more visual, has to feature their project. I always feel I like, I said. I got a like hardscaping landscaping on, put in my backyard not too long ago.

92
00:26:34.150 –> 00:27:03.540
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: It made my whole day when they called me and asked me if they could come take some photos of it because they wanted to feature it on their website. So not only was I incredibly proud of the work that they did, but I knew they were proud of it, because they wanted to come, photograph it and share it with people. So that thing went in an email blast was on their social media. So to me, as a customer it really validated especially seeing all those lovely comments that oh, my goodness, it’s so pretty! What an incredible project made me feel really good about it, and I know that it’s probably more of a marketing tactic. Why, they’re doing it.

93
00:27:03.540 –> 00:27:08.340
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: But it still got to me right. Gave me all those good feelings. So that’s kind of where I think

94
00:27:08.340 –> 00:27:17.799
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: doing some of those features, or just reaching out to them more personally solidifies your relationship when it comes to getting more of those referrals. Getting more of that word of mouth right?

95
00:27:20.230 –> 00:27:33.649
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Next, I want you guys to make sure your website’s updated. So again, if you have 5, 10 min, it may be worth looking at your website and seeing what you can do to improve things. So to me, this is gonna help your SEO. So where you guys rank in the search engines.

96
00:27:33.890 –> 00:27:48.349
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: we wanna make sure your website is fast, you wanna make sure it’s functionable. And you wanna make sure it’s mobile. Friendly. Okay. So if you pull up your website on your phone and you are getting frustrated. You’re going. I can’t click on this. This takes too long to load to me. That’s a big problem.

97
00:27:48.500 –> 00:28:15.200
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: We also wanna make sure it’s functional. So just imagine you’re a customer. You hit your website. And you say, Hey, I wanna fill out a contact form. How easy is that to do? You’d be so surprised. I’ve seen websites where the phone number is hidden. I’ve seen it where it takes 3 clicks to get to a contact Us. Page. So especially if you haven’t looked at your website from a customer’s perspective, it is definitely worth the exercise to do. And just imagine different scenarios. Right? If I’m looking for a cabinet painting job.

98
00:28:15.200 –> 00:28:23.800
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: can I get some more information about that service? Specifically easily, if not, and that’s a lot of the revenue that comes in. We might need to make some adjustments to make that happen.

99
00:28:24.270 –> 00:28:35.560
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: You wanna make sure everything on your website is correct. Of course, I’m sure we’ve all been frustrated when something gets advertised to us or we fall in love with something on the website, you give them a call. And they say, Oh, you know what? We don’t do that anymore.

100
00:28:35.580 –> 00:28:52.999
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So I wanna eliminate any of that confusion. So if there’s a service you guys have stopped doing. Take that thing off your website. If there are services that you guys add, make sure you get those all updated cause to a customer. It’s good to see all of those things and make sure it’s correct. So I don’t have that disappointment when I do reach out to you guys

101
00:28:53.330 –> 00:29:07.510
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: like we talked about earlier. I want you to show off new work as well. So updating that on a gallery or even on a homepage, can be very important. If you want to take it a step further. I would even make some small changes to see how you can increase that conversion rate.

102
00:29:07.550 –> 00:29:28.269
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So to take you a little bit into my world when I’m talking conversion rate. I just want to know the amount of leads I’m getting out of the traffic that comes to my website. So if I get 10 leads out of 1,000 visits, what is that? A one conversion rate? I wanna make sure I can adjust that as much as possible. So if I get 1,000 visits to the website, and all of a sudden I’m getting 20 leads out of it.

103
00:29:28.380 –> 00:29:31.619
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: My traffic didn’t change, but my conversion rate did.

104
00:29:31.700 –> 00:29:43.089
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: That’s kind of one easy way. Where can you adjust the placement of your form? Can you adjust some of the messaging, is it, you know, reducing some of the form fields you have, or maybe adding more form fields onto things.

105
00:29:43.130 –> 00:29:59.799
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So this is one way. We’re like, you know, if you’ve got 5 min you may be able to play with some of that stuff and then wait a little bit of time to see what the data shows you. If you’ve made a change and you’re getting more leads out of it. That’s awesome. Try something else. Or if that doesn’t perform as well as you thought, then you can try something else entirely.

106
00:30:00.210 –> 00:30:09.469
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So there are a lot of tools we can use to judge some of this Google search console is a big one. It’s a free tool if you don’t have it set up highly recommend doing so.

107
00:30:09.830 –> 00:30:34.599
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: The reason why it’s so nice is Google. Search console will tell you more information about why someone’s looking for you guys. What queries they’re searching before they reach you. Your average position. What I love to use it for is even seeing the number of impressions. So the number of views that my site has for certain searches right? So if I don’t see that I’m in the top 3 and I see I get a ton of impressions on a search.

108
00:30:34.600 –> 00:30:45.830
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: my question is, why, that could be a super low hanging fruit opportunity where you don’t have to rank high to get more clicks out of it, so it may give you some ideas in terms of what you want to update on your website. Further.

109
00:30:45.980 –> 00:30:51.307
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: if you’re really looking at your website in terms of conversion rates. And like, I said. I know that’s a little bit more advanced.

110
00:30:51.530 –> 00:31:16.209
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would look at hot jar. There is a free plan, hot jars, a tool that can create you know, different heat maps of your website. So where are people clicking? Where are they hovering? Right? And then you can also get recordings of how people are using your website. So if you can see that everyone is hovering over something particular, or they’re always looking at certain photos, things like that it may help you kind of decide, hey? If they’re always looking at. You know this one remodeling project.

111
00:31:16.240 –> 00:31:20.819
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Maybe I put that up higher because it’s clear people are interested. I want more people to see it.

112
00:31:21.560 –> 00:31:36.379
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: You may also be able to use some of your colleagues, some friends and family, to do some user testing. Right? So ask them how they view your website. Ask them, you know, if you wanted to come as a new customer. Do you think you have all the information you need to reach out to me.

113
00:31:36.410 –> 00:31:50.600
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: so that could be an option as well. Where, using more of your community to get some of that feedback to make some of those improvements. Right? So again, in 10 min you may be able to send out a text or 2 and go. Hey, Terry, I’m redoing my website. Do you mind taking 5 min and let me know what you see?

114
00:31:50.660 –> 00:31:56.859
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So that could be a big deal and just getting some of that feedback can help. You guys make sure your website is meeting people’s needs.

115
00:31:57.460 –> 00:32:13.350
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would also say, just implementing some of those updated and photos and videos that we’ve talked about can be big. So to me, the video component is really huge. Youtube is the world’s second largest search engine. So if you’re not putting content up on Youtube, especially if your business is a little bit more visual.

116
00:32:13.350 –> 00:32:42.689
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: even if it’s not, I’ve got clients, especially like in like the plumbing industry, where they do a lot of Youtube videos to talk about common questions or common troubleshooting things where it’s like, I arrive at a job site. And I’m going. Oh, it’s just this one thing. There you go. Well, what if I recorded a video about it and can send that to someone to try if I think they have that same issue before I go right. It’s like I’m providing value. I’m getting more searches for myself on Youtube. And it’s giving more value to potential customers alright.

117
00:32:43.640 –> 00:32:58.856
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: that goes along in the same lines as creating content. So to me, when I’m creating photos or video content. Really, video in particular, I wanna show off my businesses work right? So even if you guys are helping me with troubleshooting or answering my questions.

118
00:32:59.320 –> 00:33:01.629
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: that can show me that you guys

119
00:33:01.920 –> 00:33:16.070
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: are bringing me value before I even reach out to you. Right? So like, if I look up your video. And you help me solve this really common problem. When I have something bigger, I’m gonna come back because I trust you guys the advice you provided earlier.

120
00:33:16.240 –> 00:33:36.080
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: This can also, like we said, be an opportunity to rank more for organic listings when we’re talking about where you guys rank on Google. Of course, your site pages are important. But you can also rank videos and photos. So if you’re not recording video or taking photos for particular searches and topics, that’s 2 parts of the search engine that you could be missing out on completely.

121
00:33:36.700 –> 00:33:44.519
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Also that can bring more website visitors which, of course, can bring more leads and more sales. So all of this kind of goes to the same sort of effort

122
00:33:44.520 –> 00:34:07.429
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: whether you guys are creating blog posts doing, you know, project pages on your website. I would even recommend doing service area pages if you haven’t already. So I’m sitting here in St. Louis. There are a lot of different parts of the city, or even parts of the suburbs, that to me would warrant very different searches. So I sit here downtown, and my home is in St. Charles, maybe 30 40 min away from here.

123
00:34:07.490 –> 00:34:16.840
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So if I was a company that wanted to go after leads in St. Charles, and leads in St. Louis, that could be 2 different pages you set up to capture both of those searches

124
00:34:17.100 –> 00:34:41.229
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: like we talked about. You can even do videos. And with Chat, Gpt, like we talked about earlier with getting yourself set up on social media. You can utilize that for more ideas in terms of content. Right? I would even encourage. You could just go to Google type in some really basic searches. And you’ll get the people also ask question box. That’s a great place to start. It’s like, you know, if they’re searching one question, and they always search these other 5.

125
00:34:41.230 –> 00:34:48.029
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Well, great! Now, if you are recording video on one, you have all of these other ideas to start creating content after as well.

126
00:34:49.120 –> 00:34:57.040
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: My last piece of advice here is like, I said, this one, perhaps a little bit more technical as well, but should take you less than 10 min to do it.

127
00:34:57.200 –> 00:35:14.199
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would recommend setting up local service ads if you haven’t already, and some of you. You may have seen these, and may already be doing them right. Those are those little boxes at the top. When you search that, say, Google guaranteed there isn’t much information outside of your business name outside of your when you’re open

128
00:35:14.528 –> 00:35:42.530
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: and your phone number and your reviews. Right? So again. If those reviews are good, those Lsas will perform really well. And I know Ben even said in chat, right service area pages have gotten almost every lead. So again, copy and pasting the city, Con county to a duplicated page was easy, absolutely so kind of back to the other topic. With those service area pages. They can be really important, especially if you guys aren’t physically sitting in the place that you guys want leads from

129
00:35:42.560 –> 00:35:47.020
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: creating those service area pages could be very important. So thanks for that tidbit, Ben.

130
00:35:47.410 –> 00:36:05.960
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So back to those local services ads. So those kind of show up first on searches, they perform a lot better if you are getting reviews responding to reviews and answering your calls. Okay, so I’ve even seen where some of my clients, if I see that you’ve missed 5 calls from Lsas in a week. The next week. You don’t show up as much

131
00:36:06.230 –> 00:36:23.960
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: same thing with reviews like if you do get a lot of good reviews, those start showing a little bit more. Right? Google wants to give the best experience possible. So that’s where it’s like, you wanna make sure if someone reaches out they reach you guys and you wanna make sure that if someone does a job with you, they had a great time doing it and can leave your review.

132
00:36:24.490 –> 00:36:50.819
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So these ads do show up first on searches. You get that little Google guarantee check mark the nice thing about these, compared to other advertising you do is you can dispute non qualified leads. So in Google local services. And I’ve got the link right here, you link it to a Google Ads account. You put in your information. I know you’ll have to complete a background check for it. And Google may ask for some information, such as insurance documents or something like that. Right? You can set a weekly budget.

133
00:36:50.820 –> 00:37:00.549
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And then what’s nice is you can just view those leads on your dashboard. So let’s just say I see platinum renovations in here. Let’s say someone calls and goes, hey? I’m in the toilet, that’s it.

134
00:37:00.550 –> 00:37:21.550
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And you go. Oh, we didn’t advertise for that. Okay, so you can go back to Google and say, Hey, this person called me, and they are asking for a service. I did not ask you guys to advertise for even someone outside your area. So if I’m sitting here in St. Louis, and one of my clients in the area gets a call from Los Angeles. We are disputing that lead and getting your money back.

135
00:37:21.660 –> 00:37:41.709
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So to me, that is where this differs on between Google ads, Facebook ads, because one, most of them should be calls. You can implement those calls and form fills. But normally those calls are going to be hotter. I know Brianna and Chat. Let me see here. So she’s got local service ads on, and good reviews. Hardly any leads are coming in this way.

136
00:37:42.050 –> 00:37:51.400
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So to me, Brianna, what I might do is one, check your budget on local services ads. Normally, what I’m doing here at my agency is, I want to set your budget

137
00:37:51.550 –> 00:38:14.369
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: normally anywhere from 3 to 4 times what I think I want to spend. So if I want to spend maybe a hundred dollars a week. I would be telling Google, I want to spend more like 300 400 and see if that gets me more leads what? I’d also be curious, too, is for those Lsas making sure you do answer those calls. And you guys may be already doing that as well. So to me. Normally, it could be in terms of budget, and that

138
00:38:14.370 –> 00:38:30.000
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: can also be affected by competition as well. So if you have a lot of competitors that are running a lot of budget through Lsas. Yours may be more expensive than someone else’s. I’m also happy, Brianna, if you want to send me an email, I can also have a look, and just see if I can give you any more insight on that in particular.

139
00:38:31.410 –> 00:38:50.920
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So with that in mind, guys, those were the 10 things I really wanted to run through. Of course we’ve got this recording, and I can share the presentation with you guys. But I do want to open it up for questions and just see what else I can help you guys with in these last, like 2025 min, so feel free to unmute or put it in chat. Happy to take any questions you guys have on this or just general marketing stuff.

140
00:39:11.430 –> 00:39:17.560
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Let’s see, I see some people starting to unmute no messages in here yet. But bring me your questions. I’m here for you guys.

141
00:39:19.030 –> 00:39:22.430
Briana M. Ronde: Hi! It’s Brianna! Can I ask a follow up question?

142
00:39:22.690 –> 00:39:24.280
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Absolutely bring it.

143
00:39:24.890 –> 00:39:30.200
Briana M. Ronde: Okay. So I think we’re definitely gonna look at Budget. I think we have it set to 3 to 400. But I will.

144
00:39:30.370 –> 00:39:38.660
Briana M. Ronde: We’ll look into that as far as the Lsa. Is concerned. I you’re probably right. We’re probably being beat out by the competition in our area.

145
00:39:39.550 –> 00:39:43.429
Briana M. Ronde: That would be my guess. But I have a. We have another issue with

146
00:39:43.520 –> 00:39:48.769
Briana M. Ronde: Google. We have 2 businesses. So our second business, we don’t even know how this happened. But

147
00:39:48.790 –> 00:39:50.320
Briana M. Ronde: somehow we have

148
00:39:50.410 –> 00:39:51.560
Briana M. Ronde: 2

149
00:39:51.590 –> 00:39:53.690
Briana M. Ronde: Google my business pages.

150
00:39:54.470 –> 00:39:57.369
Briana M. Ronde: We requested for them to be merged

151
00:39:57.860 –> 00:40:05.250
Briana M. Ronde: a while ago. We keep making the videos to appease them. And it’s still not happening. Is there anything we can do to

152
00:40:05.360 –> 00:40:06.710
Briana M. Ronde: expedite that.

153
00:40:07.460 –> 00:40:28.529
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Great question. So I would say, Google support, as I’m sure many of you have encountered is becoming slower and slower response times than I’ve ever seen it before. So like, I remember a couple of years ago, you know, you used be able to send email. You get responses right away and get your issue solved. What I’m finding nowadays is especially on a request like this.

154
00:40:28.550 –> 00:40:30.299
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I may have to create

155
00:40:30.340 –> 00:40:37.340
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: 4 or 5 different support requests about that same issue, and I may have to have them come from other people as well.

156
00:40:37.450 –> 00:40:55.469
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: especially in my agency. It’s very odd, because there there doesn’t seem to be any repeatability into which one of those get answered quick, more quickly than others. I’m not even kidding. I got an email last week that just said, Hey, we know you submitted a request. We’re assuming it’s dealt with because it’s been a month, if it’s not feel free to contact us again.

157
00:40:55.580 –> 00:40:59.810
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So that’s kind of where I would say, Brianna, like I wouldn’t necessarily rely on

158
00:41:00.040 –> 00:41:22.990
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: the same ticket to get you where you need to go. So to me it’s like I would be one following up on those tickets. I wouldn’t necessarily be, maybe like annoying about it. But maybe every couple of days. Just check in and go, hey, is there any update, hey? Is there any update? I just find sometimes, especially in those support systems. Sometimes the loudest voices can get through. So if you have a ticket that you already have in with Google support.

159
00:41:22.990 –> 00:41:36.449
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: keep bombarding them with, Follow ups, and you may want to create different requests as well. Now I know Google does officially say they discourage that. But to me that’s one of the only things I’ve seen, especially in our agency, that can get things pushed through nowadays.

160
00:41:37.190 –> 00:41:37.880
Briana M. Ronde: Great.

161
00:41:39.260 –> 00:41:49.781
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So. Not a great answer. I I hate that as well. You know. We even have this little like meme in our office. It’s like trying to make Google my bitch. And unfortunately, like, that’s kind of what you just have to do with it right.

162
00:41:50.010 –> 00:41:56.229
Briana M. Ronde: Okay, got it. Yeah, I’ve been following up weekly. I have a reminder set to like check on the status.

163
00:41:56.720 –> 00:41:59.419
Briana M. Ronde: But maybe I need to turn that up a notch.

164
00:42:00.470 –> 00:42:18.219
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And to me, Brandon, like it. It truly does sound like you’re doing everything right. I just don’t necessarily know it’s like, and you may want to create a new ticket and just see like, does that get assigned to someone else who works through it faster? But unfortunately, I feel like, yeah, when it comes to Google support, it’s kinda like you gotta get some luck on your side to get some of those things through nowadays.

165
00:42:18.780 –> 00:42:20.489
Briana M. Ronde: Okay. Thank you.

166
00:42:20.770 –> 00:42:22.159
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah, of course.

167
00:42:23.200 –> 00:42:26.370
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Bring me some other questions, guys, what can I help you out with?

168
00:42:29.300 –> 00:42:31.699
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And let me see, let me open that chat here.

169
00:42:32.650 –> 00:42:33.550
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: Hi, there!

170
00:42:34.748 –> 00:42:42.661
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: Thank you so much for taking the time today to Amber to teach us all this stuff. I do have a quick question for you, and I don’t know if you can help me or not. But I,

171
00:42:43.020 –> 00:43:00.750
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: for whatever reason, my phone number was not on my Google listing. So I added it last week, and it told me it was pending. And then I looked today and it said that my my problem had been fixed, but there’s still no phone number on it. So I added it again, and should I do anything else.

172
00:43:02.200 –> 00:43:07.469
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Connie, are you guys using any tracking numbers on your website? Or is that the phone number on the website as well.

173
00:43:09.050 –> 00:43:13.030
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: So I do have someone doing my Google, my business. But.

174
00:43:13.265 –> 00:43:13.500
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Okay.

175
00:43:13.500 –> 00:43:17.250
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: Look it up. There’s no phone number associated to it. So I don’t know.

176
00:43:17.410 –> 00:43:18.890
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: anyways, not that I see, and.

177
00:43:18.890 –> 00:43:19.400
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah.

178
00:43:19.810 –> 00:43:42.589
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And the reason I ask is, so Google always wants to confirm that the number you guys are offering is the same one on the website, right? So that’s kind of where that’s the only trouble I’ve seen is like, if you use tracking numbers for something that’s rotating the number on your website, and that mismatches with what you’re trying to put in Google can sometimes flag that and go, hey, Connie, you’re trying to put a number. But that’s not what I see on the website.

179
00:43:42.590 –> 00:43:42.950
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: In.

180
00:43:42.950 –> 00:43:59.490
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Of course, sometimes what I’ll see is that it’ll just automatically pick up whatever numbers on your website. But I’ve seen that happen before, too, Connie, where it’s like I’ll put in something, and then Google will disapprove it. And you can put in the same thing, and it gets approved. So I feel like. Unfortunately, this is kind of a scenario like Brianna’s, where it’s like.

181
00:43:59.580 –> 00:44:07.050
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: there’s really no repeatability into when that happens, or why, it’s just like, do the Google gods want to save this number today? Or are they going to make me do it again?

182
00:44:07.740 –> 00:44:08.829
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: Just keep trying

183
00:44:09.280 –> 00:44:09.870
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: right and.

184
00:44:09.870 –> 00:44:13.349
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Unfortunately, I feel like with Google. That’s a lot of what it is nowadays.

185
00:44:13.350 –> 00:44:14.950
Connie w/Valley Remodeling: Okay. Thank you.

186
00:44:15.350 –> 00:44:35.679
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah, you’re welcome. Wish I could do more for both you ladies on that front. I do see a question from Ben in chat here. So I know he’s saying like he feels like social media posts are getting suppressed. He’ll share a video, gets lots of views, and then the next one. Nothing so any way to get around it. I know, he said. He uses this to social, but especially using some of those scheduling features. He’s not getting a whole lot.

187
00:44:35.960 –> 00:45:05.920
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So when it comes to a lot of social media content, and what I might do, Ben is I always would try testing different things right? So especially if you’re sharing some of those videos, I would even go back and see if you’ve had ones that performed really well. Do you have any insight into. Why those tended to pick up steam right? And this is kind of what I always share with clients is at the heart of it. The social media algorithm hasn’t necessarily changed all that much right? It wants engagement. It wants people to watch that video all the way

188
00:45:05.920 –> 00:45:13.369
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: through. It wants shares. It wants comments. It wants to put something in front of someone that they’re going to engage with and make them stay on the app a longer time.

189
00:45:13.670 –> 00:45:23.698
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So right now, a lot of it is video content. But I would even take the approach or like we talked about with your website, kind of like being a current customer and watching that video.

190
00:45:24.060 –> 00:45:43.910
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would also consider the content of it as well. So this is something where look it up on Google, or maybe Chat Gbt can give you some ideas. You may even want to look at competitors, even if they’re not in the same physical location as you guys, but just getting an idea of what is doing really well for them. And can you guys replicate that content and doing it better.

191
00:45:43.910 –> 00:45:54.749
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So I would also say, too, with social media, the organic reach of a lot of things has been going down in current years. Right? So it used to be. You know, you could reach

192
00:45:54.750 –> 00:46:02.600
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: 50% of your organic following. I forget the exact numbers nowadays. But last time I was reading I think it’s more like 10 to 15.

193
00:46:02.600 –> 00:46:15.559
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So normally, you’re reaching out about 10 to 15% of your organic audience. But I would also check in Ben is which platforms are you guys posting to? Especially when it comes to social media right now? And if you don’t have a large organic following.

194
00:46:15.890 –> 00:46:43.490
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: my recommendation is likely to look to Tiktok or Youtube shorts for some of that discoverability. Tiktok, in particular, I find, while it’s algorithm feels incredibly invasive, can be one of the more accurate ones based on all of the other search signals. And then I would also consider to, it’s like, Where is your audience? Right? If you are going after, you know, like really high end remodeling where your clientele may be a little bit older. Facebook may be where you want some of those

195
00:46:43.490 –> 00:46:55.070
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I would also say, especially on social media. Unfortunately, it does take time and commitment to doing it right. So with a lot of those things, especially on video. You still may have where you have one video that does incredibly well.

196
00:46:55.070 –> 00:47:18.370
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And then the next one doesn’t do as well right. It basically wants to see. You have some sort of consistency in your posting, but I’m hoping you can get an idea. And like we said, I mean, especially when it comes to some of this, I can also have a look at that, and just see if I have any quick feedback for you. So then, even if you want to put that in chat or send it to me via email, I can definitely take a look in some of my free time and just let you know if I have any other ideas to help improve things. Here.

197
00:47:19.750 –> 00:47:38.210
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: let’s see, I wanna get to some other questions as well. So I know, Terry said. Hey, we mentioned looking at service pages. We’re looking to service 2 cities about 90 min from our base. How do we land our website Facebook in those particular areas. If we open up the Google map to include them, it includes the rural area. But that’s not the leads we want.

198
00:47:38.210 –> 00:47:50.550
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So to me, Terry, what I would end up doing is one with the map pack. Those are gonna go by your physical listing right? So to me, that could be a little bit tricky, because your home base is a little further away.

199
00:47:50.590 –> 00:48:05.900
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I think service pages are a great way to go after areas that you’re not as physically close to. So, for example, especially for painting. If I’m talking about whole house painting, I might want to make a page for that for those particular cities. You may not appear in that map, app.

200
00:48:06.040 –> 00:48:13.169
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: and that’s kind of where I’ve even seen where people will rent a room, rent an office space

201
00:48:13.170 –> 00:48:35.840
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: get a location verified in those places. And then I’ve even seen people who do that per month and cancel the lease right? Get that place verified. So it’s sitting in your city and then get out of there right? So even just having that physical location in there where you guys might not be all of the time. You can even set it up like we talked about earlier, is kind of a more service area business around that city. But even kind of temporarily placing a

202
00:48:35.840 –> 00:48:43.800
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: kind of falsified listing can be very interesting for you for appearing in that section. Now, service area pages, I think a great way to do it.

203
00:48:43.860 –> 00:49:00.609
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Another thing you may want to consider is even creating content around those particular cities. Right? So if, for example, you know I’m sitting here in St. Louis. If you want to talk about things that are more particular to St. Louis, or customize all of your content that way. So not only do you talk about like

204
00:49:00.700 –> 00:49:23.080
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: what questions should you ask? You know a painting contractor? Which question should you ask for a painting contractor in St. Louis. Right? Target a lot of your content towards those locations in particular. So that’s kind of where I would start. You could also try, and especially if you start to source reviews or even ask questions on your Google, my business page, ask that, hey? I live in Xyz. Will you guys come out to my location.

205
00:49:23.080 –> 00:49:51.629
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah, absolutely. We serve that location all the time. So the more places you can kind of put it in your website, those different service pages. Like, I said, even having a map on your website that goes, hey, we do projects from all these different areas and help you guys appear for those. And when you do projects in those areas, you know what I’m gonna say, Terry, get those before and after photos, because even that Geo tag location on those can be very helpful with kind of making sure that you guys rank in those particular places, or even someone when searching like.

206
00:49:51.640 –> 00:50:18.170
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: you know. A bathroom painting contractor near me. Well, if your photo is optimized for that, that photo could appear up there, or like a video or something like that, too. So that’s kind of where I’d consider, do you want to feature more client videos for projects in that area or something like that? So basically, the more you can be talking about that area, whether it’s video content service pages, blog content. All of that is gonna bode well for you ranking with a lot of those in that particular area.

207
00:50:19.783 –> 00:50:43.909
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah. So while I’m on this, I know, Connie said, hey, can we speak more to Geo tagging? So, Connie, there’s actually nothing you necessarily need to do other than take the photo with your phone to make that happen. So when you do that, it captures a lot of information about that specific photo. So I don’t know if on your computer, you’ve ever like viewed details on a photo or something like that. But it tells you a lot of information in terms of like, what device did you use to take it?

208
00:50:43.920 –> 00:51:10.770
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: What location were you at to do that. So some websites will strip that information for the sake of speed. So that’s the only thing I would caution is like, if you have a website image optimizer, or something like that, that, you know, is shrinking that image size to make them load fast. That’s one piece I don’t necessarily want to take out. But to me there’s really nothing you need to do there. When you take that photo with your phone. That information already gets wrapped into that particular one

209
00:51:10.770 –> 00:51:20.800
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: just called Meta information. So nothing that’s kind of viewed publicly. But to Google and things that crawl your website, it’s looking at some of those things to figure out, where is this photo from

210
00:51:22.420 –> 00:51:38.029
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: now? Let me go back to one of Tiana’s questions. So I know, she said. Hey! She reads an office in the Flex area. Exactly for that reason, smart girl. And then I know, she said. Hey, I just tried to set up Google search console. But I have a company managing my site. Do I have to ask them to get it going?

211
00:51:38.030 –> 00:51:59.070
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So with that search console you can set up, but you just have to either add a Dns record. So basically, you have to add something to your domain that says, Hey, I actually own this thing. Give me access to all the data Google’s got. Or you can add something to your website. So I would say, Tiana, if you don’t necessarily have access to your website or someone else manages it.

212
00:51:59.070 –> 00:52:14.910
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: They could really easily add that tag for you. Where, if you have access to wherever your domain is, you could add that record and verify yourself as an owner. If that company managing your site, they may already have it set up where they could just add your email address to that particular profile.

213
00:52:15.930 –> 00:52:17.480
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Do do.

214
00:52:17.610 –> 00:52:28.684
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: And then I think we got through. Yeah. Tiana’s question with the Geo tagging as well. I know, Roberto, you said, you have 2 questions, and then I’m gonna get to Brian a second one. So go ahead. Roberta. Put those in chat on mute. Let me hear

215
00:52:30.380 –> 00:52:33.119
Roberto Rodriguez: Hello! Yes, I’m rather on mute for that.

216
00:52:33.710 –> 00:52:34.610
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: You got it.

217
00:52:35.700 –> 00:52:44.720
Roberto Rodriguez: So you mentioned it’s it’s good for Google for us to reply. You know. For example, somebody leave a review. We’ll reply right away.

218
00:52:44.820 –> 00:52:47.480
Roberto Rodriguez: Somebody sends a message answering the calls.

219
00:52:47.640 –> 00:52:48.205
Roberto Rodriguez: yeah.

220
00:52:48.900 –> 00:52:52.519
Roberto Rodriguez: So, for example, I receive a lot of

221
00:52:52.690 –> 00:52:55.470
Roberto Rodriguez: Google messages of

222
00:52:55.955 –> 00:53:01.100
Roberto Rodriguez: all the companies looking all the marketing companies and other people selling stuff.

223
00:53:01.570 –> 00:53:06.259
Roberto Rodriguez: you know. So I’ll sometime I just answer that no interest, no interest.

224
00:53:07.570 –> 00:53:17.689
Roberto Rodriguez: but what he heard then, like, for example, ignore those messages? Or do I have to reply to those things? Otherwise Google’s gonna say, like, Hey, you know, rely on your messages and things like that.

225
00:53:18.430 –> 00:53:33.296
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Great question. So, Roberto, I think you’re actually doing the smart thing which is saying, Hey, we’re not interested, because to me what Google will look at is the response rate and the response time on some of those now, with some profiles, they’ll be a little bit more

226
00:53:33.600 –> 00:53:58.590
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: explicit with coming out with that like, Hey, typically this business replies, in 24 h or, Hey, typically this business replies, and one to 3 days, I know Facebook can be a lot more particular when showing some of that information. But to me I think you’re doing the smart thing. Just make sure you reply that even if it’s a hey, we’re not interested. Thanks to me, that still shows Google that you guys are paying attention to those messages. And that response rate is quicker. So I totally understand.

227
00:53:58.590 –> 00:54:14.459
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: especially from, you know, marketing agencies or spam messages that come through kind of inescapable, no matter what kind of business you’re in. But to me, especially if those are coming through Google, my business messages. Unfortunately, you do want to respond to those. And even if it’s just something quick like that. I think you’re doing that in the smart way.

228
00:54:16.120 –> 00:54:20.428
Roberto Rodriguez: Okay, thank that that helps with clarity. So

229
00:54:21.590 –> 00:54:27.169
Roberto Rodriguez: thank you. And the last question this might be like a broad answer to this, but.

230
00:54:27.835 –> 00:54:29.760
Roberto Rodriguez: I have a marketing agency

231
00:54:29.840 –> 00:54:35.860
Roberto Rodriguez: running all my social media and do an SEO and things like that. But let’s say me as an

232
00:54:35.900 –> 00:54:43.820
Roberto Rodriguez: and like a lot of us here like are not like masters on this stuff. How can we gauge that our SEO is

233
00:54:44.150 –> 00:54:46.779
Roberto Rodriguez: really progressing? Because

234
00:54:47.210 –> 00:54:49.780
Roberto Rodriguez: I understand. It’s like a long, a long game.

235
00:54:49.970 –> 00:54:54.390
Roberto Rodriguez: But how do I know it’s really progressing? And what what do I need to look for?

236
00:54:54.830 –> 00:54:57.159
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah. Oh, I love that question.

237
00:54:57.525 –> 00:55:24.539
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So, yeah, that’s a great question, Roberto. So especially if you guys are paying for SEO services, you’re exactly correct me. SEO is a little bit of a long game, but a lot of it can depend on how powerful is your website already. Right? If you guys are starting up brand new website. It’s gonna take you a while to get, you know enough authority to start going after those things. So what I would be curious, Roberto, and what I would kind of ask my agency about is you know. How is my traffic moving?

238
00:55:24.550 –> 00:55:50.860
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Am I getting more traffic from organic searches. Normally, what happens is you’ll see authority in your website, rise that authority. And that’s what I’m talking about more. And so like backlinks, different people linking to you guys even just things you can do on your website like making sure it’s mobile, friendly, making sure that thing loads as quickly as possible, making sure you’re talking about the services that you guys offer and getting one page per particular service to be very specific.

239
00:55:50.950 –> 00:56:18.730
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So with all of that in mind, you know, as that stuff sort of I call it, like project work gets done. You should start seeing this increase in your keyword rankings before you start seeing an increase in your traffic. So to me I would be asking my agency, or even looking into search console, to see how some of that stuff is moving right. And to me, what I always think is, there are more important keywords than others. Right? If I had a business that did cabinet painting? I wanna rank for Cabinet painters near me.

240
00:56:18.740 –> 00:56:44.630
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I don’t care about ranking, for, you know. Like, what color should I paint my cabinet right. That’s not my customer. So to me, that’s where I would specifically ask, like, How have your rankings been changing on the keywords that you care about? And if you guys don’t necessarily have a spot where you’re tracking the keywords you care about, I would make sure you put that together and sort of, you know. Put that burden of responsibility on that agency right? You’re paying them all this money to move those keywords, even if they’re moving a little bit slowly like.

241
00:56:44.900 –> 00:56:53.010
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: let’s just say from 60 to 50. You guys aren’t gonna get traffic from that yet. But to me, that’s moving in the right direction, it’s taking a step there.

242
00:56:53.010 –> 00:57:16.830
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: But if all of those are kind of staying stagnant, or you can’t see more deliverables on the SEO services, that’s kind of where I would push them a little bit heavier to give you more of that transparency. What exactly am I paying for? And to get more of that insight to where your keywords are moving, because once they get into the one to 3 spots, that’s where that traffic starts to take off. That’s where those leads and sales should come from. But you’re right, Roberto, like up until that point

243
00:57:16.830 –> 00:57:44.389
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: you’re really just relying on some of those keyword metrics. You want to see more moving in the right direction until that tipping point happens where you’re really starting to see traffic and leads roll off of those. So that’s kind of my 2 cents in terms of hey? Here’s how I would look at things. I want to know. Deliverables. What are you? What am I getting for my SEO spend, and I just want some reporting in terms of what is that doing for my keywords like I said I wouldn’t expect them to go from 0, or from, you know, a hundred to one in a day.

244
00:57:44.390 –> 00:57:49.930
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: But over time you should still see those moving up, especially for the keywords that you care about. At the end of the day.

245
00:57:57.100 –> 00:58:00.300
Roberto Rodriguez: Sorry I’m trying to mute. But okay, that makes sense.

246
00:58:00.750 –> 00:58:01.942
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah, no. Problem.

247
00:58:02.340 –> 00:58:03.661
Roberto Rodriguez: Thank you. Thank you for sharing that.

248
00:58:03.850 –> 00:58:05.030
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: So you bet

249
00:58:06.660 –> 00:58:29.299
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: sounds great. Well, I know Brianna had one more question for me as well, so just tagging another location count on social. And I would say, Yes, ma’am. So I actually recommend, especially when you guys are doing story posts. Make sure you’re tagging specific locations. So, for example, I’ve got one contractor out in Denver who like will tag specific locations with a lot of the projects and things like that that they do.

250
00:58:29.300 –> 00:58:53.320
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Those can appear on like a Denver wide story featuring some of those posts. Right? So if you guys are doing more of that location tagging, I would say, it’s it may not necessarily help on the SEO side directly. So where you guys are appearing in those search engine rankings. But where it can help is. Let’s say you’re putting up a photo of a location. That’s a little bit outside your physical one. Right?

251
00:58:53.340 –> 00:59:19.409
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Can you attach that to a blog or a page on your website that talks about that particular location, because to me it’s like, if you can drive traffic and keep someone on that page for a good amount of time, maybe send them to other pages or other blogs from there that can help that page. Excuse me, that can help that page rank a little bit better. So I would say, yeah, tagging another location on social media. Great. But for other reasons. Then, you know, like the SEO sort of ranking side of things

252
00:59:21.110 –> 00:59:23.620
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: more for that discoverability, aspect.

253
00:59:25.430 –> 00:59:28.730
Briana M. Ronde: Got it. Thank you. Yeah. That’s what we’ve been doing that we

254
00:59:29.100 –> 00:59:35.589
Briana M. Ronde: work in a few neighboring towns. So, depending on what the project is we’re tagging the different locations.

255
00:59:36.067 –> 00:59:40.079
Briana M. Ronde: But I see what you’re saying about linking that back. But then, when we make

256
00:59:40.390 –> 00:59:47.822
Briana M. Ronde: the like, Meta wants us to stay on, Meta, so will we make it mad if we’re linking back to a blog post or something.

257
00:59:48.490 –> 01:00:15.079
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah, good question. So I would say, it may differ, depending on the platform. So like for Instagram, for example, a lot of that they do like to stay on Instagram, so it may be something where, and it doesn’t make it as easy to put a link in the post right? So, you know, on Facebook or Twitter or Linkedin, it’s a lot easier to put that link, whether in the post or in the comments and get people to it. Instagram’s kind of a different beast in that respect, just because you’d have to go, hey? Go to the link in my bio, or something like that

258
01:00:15.080 –> 01:00:29.509
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: for that to happen. So, Brandon, I would just consider like where you guys are putting that link. But to me, I think that makes perfect sense like Facebook may be a better place to do it than Instagram, just for that particular reason on how easy is that link to get to, or someone who’d want to see it?

259
01:00:30.310 –> 01:00:31.862
Briana M. Ronde: Okay. Thank you.

260
01:00:32.380 –> 01:00:41.519
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Of course. Well, guys, I know we’re coming up on one o’clock. I know. I can take maybe like one more question. If you guys have a good one, and then I’ll let you get back to the rest of your day.

261
01:00:45.840 –> 01:00:48.560
ruby: I have a question. I don’t know if it’s a good one, though.

262
01:00:48.770 –> 01:00:49.640
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah. Hippie, Rube.

263
01:00:49.640 –> 01:00:55.609
ruby: So, yeah. So I was wondering if you know any way, like on Facebook, if there’s a

264
01:00:55.640 –> 01:01:05.330
ruby: cause right now, it’s it’s ran under. We have our business, and then my dad, he has access to post from his page. Is there a way to post from like my page onto Facebook.

265
01:01:05.595 –> 01:01:05.860
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah.

266
01:01:05.860 –> 01:01:07.379
ruby: How do I can do that?

267
01:01:07.380 –> 01:01:16.262
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Absolutely so, Ruby. What you wanna do is this is probably something because your dad has access. He’ll have to do so get into the back end of that profile. Normally.

268
01:01:17.430 –> 01:01:17.900
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah.

269
01:01:18.460 –> 01:01:21.669
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: I’ll do it. Normally, you want to go to those profile settings. Then.

270
01:01:21.990 –> 01:01:51.230
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Add any other individuals or partners to it. So what I would do is, I would just hop in there. He can just search your name and add you as a manager to that page. So that’s how I would even do it with, like, you know, other team members, that you guys would want to add, just add them. And then they can post from their phone from that Facebook at any time as the page. So that’s it. Really just get your dad’s profile get in the back end. It should be under settings in terms of I wanna say, maybe it’s like access or something like that where you should be able to add more people to the page. So you can really add as many as you like.

271
01:01:51.600 –> 01:01:53.320
ruby: Okay, perfect. Thank you.

272
01:01:53.620 –> 01:02:04.799
Amber Callan – Agile & Co: Yeah. Great question, of course. Well, guys, I will let you get back to your things. Thank you again for having me. This has been such a joy. And like I said, you’ve got an exciting presentation coming on Thursday from my business partner, Channel.

273
